Why not just hire a design full time?
Sure, you can to that! However, to begin with, the current price for hiring a full-time senior-level designer exceeds $100,000 per year, along with additional benefits (and it's quite challenging to find available designers). Apart from the cost, there might be instances where you don't have a consistent workload to keep them occupied, meaning you'll be paying for their time even when it's not utilized effectively.

By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as necessary. This allows you to ensure that you're only paying for your designer's services when you have work available for them, optimizing your expenses accordingly.
How many requests can I submit to you?
After subscribing, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered to you sequentially, one by one.
Can I pause my subscription?
We recognize that you may not always have an abundance of design work to occupy an entire month. In situations where you only have a few design requests, the option to pause your subscription becomes particularly useful.

Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. Let's imagine you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days but then choose to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be put on hold, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining, which can be used at any time in the future that suits your needs.
Whats the process to submit a project?
blakebox provides a multitude of options when it comes to requesting designs through Trello, offering remarkable flexibility. Clients commonly request designs by directly using Trello's interface, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even presenting a concise brief through a Loom video recording (for those who prefer a non-written approach). Essentially, any resource that can be linked or shared within Trello is considered fair game for submitting your design requests.
What if I don't like the work?
No need to worry! We'll keep working on the design until you are completely satisfied, making revisions as needed until we achieve 100% satisfaction.
I only have one request
Absolutely! Once you're done with your current design needs, you have the option to pause your subscription and resume it when you have additional design requirements in the future. There's no need to let any remaining subscription time go to waste—we'll be here to assist you whenever you need our services again.
